The role

This role is responsible for securing our members' future by leading the Rail Channel teams to deliver a member-first and high-quality administration service to the Trustees, employers, and our members.

As the Channel Manager, you will lead the teams to deliver a right-first-time service, meeting both the SLAs and member-first measures. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The person

The successful candidate will have demonstrable operational experience of leading, coaching, and supporting a team to ensure it operates effectively, meeting SLAs, and providing an excellent customer experience. Experience of using MI to make sound business decisions and managing and motivating a team through change initiatives is essential, supporting continuous improvement.

We seek someone who can support, coach, and mentor the current team collaboratively. Decisiveness, pace, and the ability to drive innovative solutions for effective customer service are key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and resilience when faced with challenges are also important.
