Responsibilities Plan and execute sales strategies in collaboration with marketing to build a robust sales pipeline for Exponential-e. Achieve sales and activity targets set by the organization. Advise partners on network and cloud solutions, performing full needs assessments and analyses. Align the Exponential-e portfolio with partner services and ensure partner sales teams understand positioning and benefits. Build lasting relationships with partners and increase spend from Exponential-e. Negotiate pricing with partners in line with Exponential-e's pricing policies and client requirements. Conduct face‑to‑face channel meetings with partners and their clients. Manage internal resources and coordinate with internal departments. Achieve personal and career advancement goals through Exponential-e's personal development programme. Maintain a consistent channel sales record within the telecoms, ISP, carrier or systems integrator space. Qualifications & Skills In‑depth knowledge of data connectivity, WAN, Internet network technologies and UC/Contact Centre services, as well as Cloud and Cyber Security solutions and managed professional services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to win trust by selling on the quality and integrity of Exponential‑e. Driven, self‑motivated and disciplined with a professional, articulate sales approach. Strong willingness to learn and develop, maintaining an 80 % completion rate on training courses in Exponential‑e’s in‑house learning platform and holding two formal vendor accreditations per annum.
