The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate change activity across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, enabling the organisation to realise sustainable benefits from transformation. Operating as a senior practitioner, you will work closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders to manage change impact, readiness and adoption at scale. The role suits someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
