We are seeking an experienced Change And Release Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of changes and releases across IT systems and applications. This role ensures that all changes are implemented with minimal risk and disruption to business operations, while maintaining compliance with governance and quality standards.

Plan: • Publish planned release dates, in line with enterprise planned release weekends and change freezes • Publish planned release milestones (example: Scope lock/Code Freeze, testing sigh off) • Publish exception process if milestones are not met • Conduct review of milestones with upstream/downstream system • Collaboratively define and communicate release pipeline • Publish off cycle release procedure • Publish release tracking process (example: SharePoint side/WIKI page ) • Publish release progress report - Tableau or MicroStrategy • Create Change requests in the relevant ITSM tool

Build /Test: • Gather and manage release items (in JIRA) • Assign BAU Items/Projects for Each Release (with Project Managers/Tech Leads) • Monitor Release milestone • Evaluate add/remove release content requests after scope lock • Create Implementation task list with Contact Inform...
