What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all accounting, finance, and administrative functions
• Build and own budgeting and forecasting to support aggressive growth
• Partner with banks, auditors, bonding agents, and insurers
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, and compliance
• Support project lifecycle financials, contracts, and risk management
• Serve as a hands-on leader, including Controller backup duties
• Mentor emerging leaders and build financial acumen across the business

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• 10+ years of solid accounting leadership experience
• Active CPA (required)
• Construction industry experience REQUIRED (GC side strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to build financial infrastructure in a growth environment
• Demonstrated success managing banking, bonding, and insurance relationships
• Natural executive presence with strong interpersonal and mentorship ability
• Track record of long-term tenure and organizational impact
