Gresham House Ventures have just backed us, and we’re scaling fast from £3 M to £15 M ARR. Finance is a competitive advantage and we need a leader to help build enterprise value toward a £150 M exit.

Base pay range

£90,000 – £150,000 base salary depending on experience.

Your Skills and Experience

• Qualified – ACCA, ACA, CIMA (ideally Big‑4 trained).
• Hands‑on financial leadership with a scale‑up; experience in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR, LTV:CAC).
• Familiar with hybrid agency‑retainer and SaaS subscription economics.
• Experience with M&A and exit readiness.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Leeds, or willing to be onsite 2 days per week.
