Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a MASH team supporting vulnerable children and families. Coordinate multi-agency safeguarding referrals and decision-making. Ensure the timely and effective delivery of services in line with statutory guidance. Drive best practices in information sharing, risk assessment, and threshold application. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Team Manager within a MASH or similar safeguarding setting. Strong understanding of multi-agency safeguarding processes. Ability to lead under pressure in a busy and high-demand environment. Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
