Certificated Enforcement Agent Location: Southwest London Salary: £28,500- £30,500 basic + uncapped commission
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible working arrangements between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Saturday, working at least one late night per week.

About the Role
As a Certified Enforcement Agent, you will:
- Visit properties within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders - Assess financial situations and agree on affordable repayment plans - Overseeing payments received for cases allocated to you: handling cash payments, managing receipts and other required documentation. - Identify and support vulnerable individuals by signposting relevant services - Maintain professionalism and comply with all legal requirements - Striving for continuous improvement and reporting to management about ways we can improve our offering or our operational efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification - Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills - A self-motivated, ethical & understanding approach - Ability to work independently and manage casework efficiently
