Responsibilities: Run daily production meetings and ensure jobs go out on time and to specification * Oversee and manage daily operations of the centre * Responding to quotation requests and follow up with clients * Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints * Liaising with key accounts and ensuring excellent levels of service * Sales minded and always looking for ways to grow the business * Manage small production team and ensure all jobs are printed and finished to specification and on time * Ensure health and safety standards are met as per the company procedures manual * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet production schedules * Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure maximum up time of all production equipment * Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and productivity * Train and supervise staff members * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Skills: * Strong leadership and management abilities * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills * Mechanical knowledge to assemble and troubleshoot equipment * Attention to detail for quality control purposes * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Benefits: * Bereavement leave * Company pension * Sick pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Twickenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred) * Production Management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Centre Manager/Digital Production Manager Expected start date: 01/08/2025
