Manage the daily operations of the automotive centre to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service
Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing ongoing training and development
Oversee parts supply, inventory control, and stock management to optimise availability and minimise costs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld
Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencyRequirements:

Proven management experience within the motor trade or automotive sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
