Hale Community and Youth Centre is a vibrant, inclusive charity offering activities, services and meeting spaces for people of all ages. Our Youth Centre is a flagship part of who we are, providing a safe and engaging space for young people.

Were looking for a proactive, community-minded Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the Centre and help shape its future.

• Manage the smooth, safe and effective running of the Centre
• Support staff, contractors and volunteers
• Oversee safeguarding, Health & Safety and compliance
• Build strong relationships with partners and the community
• Lead income generation, fundraising and marketing
• Support high-quality projects and youth provision

• Experienced in managing people and projects
• Confident in fundraising, income generation or marketing
• Strong relationship-builder
• Organised, adaptable and community-focused
• Motivated by making a positive difference

Experience with youth services is desirable, not essential.
