The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie or aspiring Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef looking to progress within a high-quality, professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Running and maintaining your section to a high standard

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Contributing to menu development and seasonal dishes

Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be able to drive
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Ambition to develop and progress within a rosette-level kitchen
