The Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will provide Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across all project stages. You will work closely with clients, designers and contractors to ensure compliance with CDM 2015, produce pre-construction information, and deliver high-quality design risk management. The consultancy is looking for a CDM Consultant who can confidently influence design teams, support safe buildability and contribute to continuous improvement within the CDM function. This role is ideal for a proactive CDM Consultant who enjoys varied work, client engagement and autonomy.

Responsibilities

Deliver CDM Advisory and Principal Designer services from concept to completion.

Lead design risk reviews and design workshops.

Produce PCI packs, risk registers and other CDM documentation.

Provide buildability and maintenance advice at design stages.

liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and communicating clearly.

Requirements

Experience in a CDM, Principal Designer or construction H&S role.

Strong understanding of design risk management.

NEBOSH Construction or similar, with APS membership preferred.

Confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Package

£45,000 to £60,000 salary.

Car allowance or travel package.
