CDM Consultant - Leeds\n\nA well-established construction consultancy are currently seeking a CDM Consultant to join their Leeds office. The role will involve supporting the delivery of CDM and Principal Designer services across a broad portfolio of projects throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.\n\nDue to continued growth and an expanding workload, this consultancy are strengthening their Health and Safety team and are now looking to appoint an additional CDM Consultant.\n\nThe CDM Consultant Role\n\nThe successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the delivery of CDM duties across a range of construction projects, working alongside experienced Principal Designers and project teams.\n\nDuties of the CDM Consultant to include:\n\n· Supporting Principal Designer duties in line with CDM Regulations 2015\n · Reviewing design risk information and advising on mitigation measures\n · Preparing pre-construction information packs\n · Attending design and project meetings\n · Liaising with stakeholders to promote safe design and construction\n · Assisting with health and safety file preparation\n · Carrying out site inspections where required\n\nThe Person?\n\n· Experience within a CDM or Health and Safety role\n · Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations\n · Strong communication skills\n · Organised and proactive\n · Consultancy experience advantageous\n\nIn Return………?\n\n· £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE)\n · Car or travel allowance\n · Pension and benefits package
