Projects predominantly across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.\n\nThis organisation are seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever growing list of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across Yorkshire.\n\nThe CDM Consultant Role\n\nThe successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on projects across multiple sectors.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career. The opportunities within this consultancy are fantastic, the pipeline is strong and growing and the position itself is extremely exciting with regards to long-term progression.\n\nDuties of the CDM Consultant to include:\n\n· Provide CDM advisory services from pre-construction through to completion.\n · Deliver Principal Designer services in line with CDM Regulations 2015.\n · Review and advise on design risk management throughout the design process.\n · Prepare and review pre-construction information and relevant H&S documentation.\n · Attend design team and client meetings across the Yorkshire region.\n · Undertake site inspections and audits where required.\n\nThe Person?\n\nThe successful CDM Consultant will have a demonstrably successful track record within a CDM or Health & Safety consultancy environment.
