I am currently working with a well-established security systems provider who is looking for a CCTV Service Engineer to support their growing operations.

You will be involved in delivering a high-quality, professional service, responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across domestic, commercial and industrial sites.

This is a field-based role, covering the Worcestershire and surrounding areas, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

Duties Will Include:

Install and commission both small and large-scale Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems

Carry out detailed on-site diagnostics, identifying existing and potential system issues

Clearly communicate findings, solutions and recommendations to customers

Identify opportunities for system enhancements by understanding customer needs

Ensure customers are fully satisfied and that sites are left clean, tidy and compliant

Support management with stock control when required

Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies through training and toolbox talks

Skills & Experience Required:

Ideally minimum 3 years experience within the security industry

ECS or CSCS card with sound Health & Safety knowledge would be beneficial

Emergency First Aid at Work certification

Working knowledge of British Standards relating to installation and maintenance

Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems

Confident fault-finding and troubleshooting across a range of systems
