Following considerable investment into their play and catering offering, we’re now supporting the search for a Catering Team Leader to work within the designated play park area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead both operational delivery and guest experience in one of the park’s most popular areas. Reporting to the Commercial & Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team across the Play Barn and catering outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality service, and a fun, welcoming environment for families and children. This is a hands-on role for someone with great energy, leadership skills, and a passion for customer experience. · Lead the day-to-day operations across the Play Barn and multiple food & beverage outlets · Inspire, train, and manage a team including Assistant Team Leaders and Guest Services staff · Drive commercial performance through effective cost control, menu development, and stock management · Ensure food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards are met at all times · Coordinate visitor flow, party bookings, and peak day operations in the Play Barn · Use customer feedback a...
