About the role We are currently recruiting an Outlet Manager responsible for the seamless front‑of‑house operations of the Founders Kitchen on campus. The role requires managing and motivating a team, ensuring inspirational customer service, driving and increasing sales, and controlling costs. The position will require some evening and weekend work; time off in lieu will be provided accordingly. Comprehensive training will be provided to support a first‑class customer experience. Responsibilities

Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations and staff performance. Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality. Drive sales growth while managing cost controls. Motivate and develop the kitchen team. Arrange evening and weekend coverage as required.
