As a Catering Assistant / Kitchen assistant have worked in a fresh produce organization previously for a min of 1yrs - either Restaurant, Hotel or contract catering Ability to work in a team, and follow a tight spec menu Be passionate about healthy food. Have an enhanced DBS - Enhanced DBS Check Childrens Barred Lists checks (Issued within 12 Months) - Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have this. Have experience of working in a commercial kitchen including the preparation, and serving of meals To be qualified, or have proven training to a minimum of Level 2 in Food Preparation / Service and similarly in Food Safety.
