Category Manager – Building Materials Warrington Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and leadership? Inprova is looking for a Category Manager – Building Materials to lead and grow our procurement services across a key category. You’ll manage a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers, develop strategic category plans, and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
What You’ll Do: Lead procurement strategy and contract development for the Building Materials category. Deliver tailored procurement solutions and drive commercial performance. Manage supplier relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Mentor and develop your team to deliver outstanding results. Analyse data, manage tenders, and report on performance.
What We’re Looking For: Degree-level education or equivalent experience. MCIPS qualified with strong procurement expertise. Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in large-scale procurement and EU regulations. A confident communicator and negotiator with a full driving licence.
