Position: Casualty Underwriting Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to support a leading London Market Casualty underwriting team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior underwriters to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, enabling the business to deliver its strategic goals with efficiency and precision.

Acting as the bridge between underwriting and wider business functions, you will coordinate operational resources, champion the adoption of technology, and drive process improvements to maximise productivity. You will maintain oversight of the underwriting portfolio, ensuring clear communication, timely escalation of issues, and effective alignment between project delivery and business needs.

This will suit a professional with a proven track record in the London insurance market, ideally with underwriting operations or change management experience, and a sound understanding of Casualty insurance from a professional perspective. Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate vision into practical outcomes are essential.
