We are currently seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to join our exceptional culinary team at our luxury hotel in London. Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great work ethic and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in kitchen operations.

Location: Milestone Hotel
Employment Type: Casual
Working Pattern: 8am-4:30pm, or 10am-6:30pm, or 2pm-10:30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter:
Assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service.
Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
Assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary.
Checking chemical levels and inventory.

What are we looking for?
A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
A strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen.
Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential, well provide full training.
Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
