As a\n Conference & Banqueting Porter, you’ll be essential in making sure every\n event runs smoothly. No two days are the same, you’ll be setting up event\n spaces, supporting our clients and guests, and ensuring our suites look\n flawless. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves\n being active, working as part of a team, and creating memorable moments for\n every guest.

What\n You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resort\n standards
- Supporting guests and clients with equipment or\n parcel movement
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented\n working environment
- Looking after C&B equipment and reporting any\n issues promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliver\n exceptional customer service
- Attending training, briefings and contributing to\n a positive team culture
- Promoting resort facilities through excellent\n knowledge and communication

What\n We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
Desirable:
• Experience within a hotel or events environment
• Stock or parcel control experience
• Driving licence
• First Aid or Health & Safety training
