OUR IDEAL\n HERO WILL HAVE 
Previous experience in a similar role
Essential qualifications such as ERCA Adventure Park Instructor or Archery GB Instructor Award
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for adventure
The ability to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Lead and deliver a variety of high-energy activities for children and adults
Engage with guests on leisure breaks and corporate team-building events
Bring excitement, enthusiasm, and a ‘happy to serve’ attitude to every session
Innovate and develop new activities to enhance the guest experience
