The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an experienced Senior CASS Manager to join its London Financial Services Audit practice. This is a senior leadership position managing a portfolio of FCA-regulated clients with a primary focus on CASS reasonable assurance engagements.


You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s CASS audit capability - working closely with technical specialists, shaping methodology, developing training, and supporting wider financial services growth. You will also collaborate with consulting teams on specialist CASS advisory projects, offering variety beyond core audit delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of FCA CASS reasonable assurance audit clients.
  • Identify and resolve complex audit matters, engaging with clients, senior stakeholders, and the technical team as required.
  • Support the development and enhancement of CASS audit methodology, tools and guidance.
  • Design and deliver training to build CASS capability across audit teams.
  • Contribute to business development activities within the financial services practice, including attending events and supporting proposals.
  • Collaborate with consulting colleagues on specialist CASS advisory engagements.


About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Extensive CASS audit experience, ideally covering CASS 7, CASS 8 and CASS 15.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching and developing teams and supporting talent pipelines.
  • Prior involvement in developing work programmes, methodology or training (advantageous).
