We’re Hiring: Case Manager – Servicing Team (Existing Customer Accounts) Office-Based – Altrincham, UK Full-time | Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 + Benefits
Are you an organised, people-focused professional with experience in bridging or specialist lending? We’re looking for a Case Manager to join our Servicing Team , supporting a portfolio of existing customer accounts within our bridging finance division.
You’ll be the main point of contact post-completion , ensuring smooth, ongoing support for borrowers, and keeping loans on track through maturity, interest collection, and redemption.
What You’ll Be Doing: Account Management
Maintain regular telephone contact with borrowers to monitor their loan progress and resolve any issues Track milestones such as interest payments, maturity dates, and redemptions via the CRM Flag any repayment risks early to the underwriting team
