Alpine Construction Essex Ltd are looking to add a Self-Employed Multi Trade to our growing team. We are a small family run construction company who predominantly carry out works for insurance claims.Job Title: 1st & 2nd fix carpenterAbout the role:Due to company expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced and committed Multi Trade to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitting Kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, electrics, hanging doors, skirting/Arcitraves all to a high standard.The majority of work undertaken will be located in areas around Essex, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Suffolk, Norfolk and surrounding areas.The type of properties we work in are all insurance claims ranging from fire damaged, flood damaged, escape of water, Impact damage etc. Some of our claims, you would only be expected to carry out a test and report, whereas most of our claims will be a complete strip out and re wire of residential properties. What the successful candidate must realise is that we will only be working in the affected rooms. Even though for example, the wiring to a room which we are not working in is not to regulations, we are not expected to bring this area up to standard as we are not working in this area.We will contribute towards fuel, we will cover any costs for parking, ULEZ/Congestion & toll charges. You will also be supplied a company mobile.Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Customer service skills.Full clean UK driving license.Proof of Right to Work in UK.JBRP1_UKTJ
