About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter / Workshop Operative to join a growing team manufacturing outdoor furniture using recycled plastic lumber.
This is a hands-on, workshop-based role involving:
* Cutting, drilling, and assembling plastic lumber
* Building products such as benches, tables, and outdoor furniture
* Using hand tools and power tools daily
* Reading measurements and working to precise specifications
* Producing consistent, high-quality finished products
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
To maximise your chances, please ensure you meet the following before applying:
* Proven experience in carpentry / woodworking / workshop manufacturing
* Confident using power tools and hand tools
* Ability to read a tape measure accurately
* Physically fit (this is a manual, active role)
* Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Forklift licence
* Manual handling certificate
