EXPERIENCED JOINER WANTED R. MITCHELL GLASS LTD R. Mitchell Glass Ltd are recruiting an Experienced Joiner on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based from our Galashiels factory, with work carried out across the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and the Lothians. Key Responsibilities Installing a wide range of windows and doors to a high standard Measuring and cutting materials accurately Delivering excellent customer service and dealing professionally with clients Maintaining a clean, safe working environment Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery Meeting deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship Demonstrating punctuality and reliability Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations Experience & Requirements Proven experience installing windows and doors (timber & PVC) Experience working to Glass & Glazing Federation guidelines (advantage but not essential) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of Health & Safety Competent using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail Full, current UK driving licence What We Offer Permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week) Salary negotiable depending on experience Company vehicle (travel to and from work) Company uniform provided 30 days annual leave Company pension scheme Full training and professional development Refer-a-friend scheme Location: Galashiels (Borders, Edinburgh & Lothians) Job Type: Full-time Pay: £25,775.00-£35,490.00 per hour Expected hours: 39 per week Benefits: Company pension Work Location: In person
