Birmingham Area An established contractor is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a large, fast-paced social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering over 20,000 properties across Birmingham, including high-rise buildings. This is a secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established and expanding contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality carpentry repairs and multi-trade maintenance works in occupied and void properties

Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes

Work to agreed budgets and timescales

Support site inspections and quality checks when required

Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter

Full UK driving licence

Desirable:
Experience working within social housing

This role offers stable work within a respected contract and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
