Handlesalesenquiriesviaphoneandemail,maximisingrevenueopportunities
Managebookings,pricing,andcargospaceallocation
Maintainaccuraterecordsofrates,contracts,andtariffs
Liaisewithcustomers,handlingagents,andinternalteamstoensuresmoothoperations
Assistwithreports,projectshipments,andresolvingdiscrepancies
Provideexcellentcustomerserviceandsupportacrossoperationswhenneeded
Requirements Strongcommunicationandorganisationalskills
Customerserviceexperience(cargo/aviationdesirable)
Abilitytoworktodeadlinesandmanagemultipletasks
GoodITskills
Airportorcargooperationsexperienceisaplus
