Academics are currently recruiting a full-time School Site Manager to support a friendly local school in Canterbury. This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone with experience in caretaking, facilities management, or school site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the opening, closing, and security of the school site Managing general site maintenance, repairs, and building upkeep Carrying out regular health & safety checks and ensuring compliance Supervising and coordinating site staff, contractors, and cleaning teams Setting up rooms and facilities for school activities, events, and functions Ensuring school grounds are clean, safe, and well maintained Supporting staff with ad-hoc site and facilities-related tasks Implementing and maintaining site policies and operational proceduresThe Ideal Candidate:
