Job Title: Caretaker - Grade D (General Industrial)Location: GatesheadJob Overview:We are looking for a Caretaker to work within our busy Multi Storey Team in various high rise blocks across Gateshead. Must have caretaker / cleaning experience . Training / induction on the requirements of the role will be provided upon appointment. Post is initially until the end of June, but there may be a possibility of an extension to this contractKey Responsibilities:Cleaning to a set rota each day, carrying out building checks, repair reporting, Anti Social Behaviour reporting, being the first point of contact within the block for residents, visitors and contractors.
