We are looking for a dependable and experienced Caretaker / Estate Technician to join a hard-working team. Our client is a highly-respected Housing Association with a track-record for investing in hard workers.

Key Responsibilities

Work as part of a busy, proactive team delivering estate maintenance services Assist with void property clearances and bin room clean-ups Remove fly-tipping and maintain cleanliness across estates Carry out grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep Clean, prepare, and maintain vacant (void) properties Support with minor external repairs - experience in flagging or fencing is highly desirable Perform mould treatment, removal, and wash-downs in both tenanted and void propertiesIdeal Candidate

Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning Comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors in all conditions Able to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence essential Reliable, positive, and willing to go the extra mile

Pay & Benefits
