Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

Support clients with mobility and physical activities, using appropriate equipment when required
*
Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs
*
Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and policies
*
Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
*
Assist with daily living activities such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry
*
Monitor and record changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition
*
Follow individual care plans and report concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
*
Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality policies
*
May include shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
*
Work may take place in clients’ homes, residential care homes, or supported living environments
