Care & Treatment Review (CTR) Coordinator
Location: London (Putney), UK, on-site with hybrid potential
Hours: 22.5 hrs/week (60% FTE) with potential for full-time
Salary: Up to £27,100 FTE

The Opportunity:
This is your chance to step into a pivotal coordination role with a clear path to management! As we grow our client base and contracts, the successful CTR Coordinator will be fast-tracked for promotion to manage other coordinators and transition into a full-time managerial position. About the Role:
As our CTR Coordinator, you'll be the logistical heart of our Transforming Care Division. You'll ensure seamless planning and execution of CTRs across the UK, working closely with NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and our expert panel members.
You'll be responsible for:
- End-to-End Coordination: Scheduling CTRs, ensuring all parties (patients, professionals, panel) are aligned and attend.
- Expert Matching: Skillfully pairing panel members to service users based on expertise and location.
- Critical Document Flow: Managing all paperwork, ensuring timely distribution and secure handling of sensitive patient data (GDPR/NHS compliant).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships and communicating daily with NHS partners and internal teams.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively troubleshooting issues, escalating as needed, and supporting compliance.

We're seeking a meticulous, empathetic, and proactive individual with:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven coordination/admin/project support experience, ideally in healthcare or social care.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong, confident, and empathetic communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, and data storage systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and problem-solve.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality, information governance, and safeguarding.
- Experience with data collection systems and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritisation skills.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with NHS commissioners or within a C(E)TR environment.
