Night Care Team Leader - Full Time ( 4 nights per week)
Ferndown Manor Care Home - Ferndown, BH22 8DA
Shifts - 8pm to 8:15am + alternate weekends
Pay - £ 14.60 per hour

*Please note this role is not available for sponsorship andis not suitable for individuals restricted to 20 hours of work per week.

The Role
Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
Helping identify residents unique goals and implement personalised care plans

Our team also provides sensitive palliative and end of life care.
