This Care Support Worker opportunity is working for a highly reputable and rapidly expanding domiciliary business that promotes and encourage its staff to reach their full potential. Flexible hours are available with options for full-time and part-time roles. Continuous training and support will be provided.

You will receive a pay rate of £14.00 per hour (Week Days) / £14.50 per hour (Weekends) + mileage at 40p per mile. This is a full-time role, however, part-time hours are available if required.

As Care Support Worker you will:

Work within a service users’ own home covering Horsham/Haywards Heath/Burgess Hill and surrounding areas (25 Mile Radius) – Other roles within the West Sussex area are available. Deliver flexible assistance to service users enabling them to live as independently as possible, encouraging autonomy while maintaining dignity, choice, and respect at all times. Provide personal help to service users, engaging socially, preparing meals, ensure a balanced diet and carry out household and cleaning tasks.
