What’s the Role All About?

You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think:

• Trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, and fun group activities
• Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and medication
• Being a friendly face and a steady hand when someone needs it most
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and joy—every single day

What You’ll Need

• A full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our company cars)
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
• Experience in care is great—but not essential. We’ll train you up!

Shifts & Hours

• 14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep-ins
• Flexibility is key—but we’ll always try to keep things fair
