Care Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Location: Cheshire (Crewe area), hybrid working

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE

A well-established and reputable law firm in Cheshire is seeking to recruit a solicitor to join its growing Care Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of public law children matters, including:

• Pre-proceedings and care proceedings
• Advice on Special Guardianship Orders
• Foster care and adoption matters

There may also be some crossover with private family law work, including:

• Private Children Act proceedings
• Non-molestation orders

Requirements

• Experience in care/public children law
• Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong client care and advocacy skills
