Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Care Manager to work full time for Crossroads Care, based in Oxford. The salary for this Care Manager job is up to £30,000 per annum.
Main duties: Support with assessments, care plans, and risk assessments for new and existing service users. Ensure care is person-centred and delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies. Monitor care notes and act on any concerns as they arise. Provide clear guidance to care staff. Support with onboarding, training, and supervision as required. Maintain strong communication with the team, ensuring they are motivated and supported. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for audits and inspections. Ensure medication management, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures are followed. Build strong working relationships with service users, families, and health care professionals. Liaise with clients and families to complete care reviews. Deal with queries and complaints in a professional, timely manner. Be part of the paid-on call rota. Provide hands-on care in emergencies for continuity to the services we provide.
