We are looking for a Team Leader to lead one of our residential wards in our 64-berth registered care home.

You will manage day-to-day operations, foster strong communication with families and colleagues, and uphold the values that make our care exceptional. Reporting directly to the Ward Manager, you will be a key link in driving quality and consistency across the service.
