The Role
Were looking for an organised and proactiveCare Coordinatorto support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to grow and develop our services.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, rota management, and the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate care packages from referral through to delivery
- Manage and optimise staff rotas (holidays, absence, coverage)
- Recruit, onboard, and support care staff
- Liaise with clients, carers, and professionals (GPs, Commissioners, Nurses)
- Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and service quality
- Conduct staff supervisions and support performance management
- Support business growth through client relationship management
- Participate in anon-call rota
- Experience in adomiciliary care coordination role(preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills xbpsjku
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experience with rostering systems (e.g. Access Planner desirable)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
