(including Bank Holiday)Work MobileWork LaptopExcellent Pension SchemeCompany Car Available (preferred own car)Training Provided Ongoing Training SupportAbout the RoleAs our Care Coordinator, youll be the hub of daily care deliveryrostering visits, supporting care staff, liaising with health and social care professionals, and keeping real-time oversight of calls and records usingCM2000.
