Job Title: Care Assistant Location: Higher Town, Minehead (TA24), TA24 5AW Reports to: Senior Care Assistant / Registered Manager Salary: Upto £13 per hour Hours: Agency Work Job Summary: As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily living tasks and ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and build positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team. Key Responsibilities: Support residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming in a dignified and respectful manner.
