Be over the age of 18 to apply Have the right to work in the UK. Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship. Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector The duties of a Care Assistant include supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies and prompting personal care tasks. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
