My client's care home in Ewerby is a warm, welcoming home with calm, pleasant surroundings that create a supportive environment where comfort and quality of life come first. They are now looking for kind and caring individuals to join their experienced team as a Care Assistant on nights.
This care home take great pride in fostering a calm and compassionate environment, with a strong focus on putting resident care at the heart of everything they do.
They specialising in elderly and dementia care and hold up to 50 residents.
Care Assistant Job Details:
* Nights available
* £13.62ph
* 9:30pm - 7:30pm
* 3 shifts per week to include alternate weekends
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care
* Supporting residents with mobility
* Providing companionship
* Assisting with meal times
* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Keeping accurate records of care provided
* Reporting any changes in residents conditions
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
* Previous experience in a HCA or Support Worker role
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
