This is a domiciliary care role, meaning you will be travelling between multiple clients’ homes to provide essential, scheduled support. We cover daily visits, which often comprise short calls (30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour) throughout the day. Your commitment to reliability and punctuality is crucial for our clients’ well-being.

Your Core Role & Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, including:

* Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

* Medication Management: Assisting clients with the safe and accurate administration of prescribed medication.

* Nutrition: Preparing and serving nutritious meals and drinks as required.

* Companionship: Providing vital social interaction and emotional support.
