About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Central & West Wight,helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are preferred but not essential.
• Right to Work:You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to workAM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
