Salary: £13.43 weekdays, per hour, per care call.

£13.93 weekends, per hour, per care call.

Competitive pay rates:   £13.43/£13.93 per hour per care call +holiday pay +paid mileage between calls.

Paid Mileage: at 40p per mile

Consistent shift patterns: 7:00am–2:00pm and/or 4:00pm–10:00pm

Alternate weekend working on a two-week rota

Permanent positions: Full time/Part Time. Mornings/Evenings. Weekends only. Flexible bank shifts

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Central & West Wight, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

Personal care

Meal preparation and basic cooking

Light household tasks

Food shopping

Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

Travel Requirements:  This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are preferred but not essential.

Right to Work:  You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.

Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

Good English communication skills
